Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship across India.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take longer for delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Share photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return process instead.
